Kathmandu College of Management (KCM) is proud to announce its Academic Partnership with the CAIA Association, the leading global professional body in the alternative investments industry. This milestone highlights KCM’s commitment to advancing investment studies in Nepal through CAIA’s first academic partnership in the country.

Through this collaboration, KCM students and faculty in the BBA Investment & Finance program gain access to CAIA’s world-class resources—including research, thought leadership, and ethical frameworks—strengthening the connection between academic learning and real- world application.

Alternative investments span a wide range of sectors, including real assets (real estate, infrastructure, natural resources, commodities, intangible assets), hedge funds, private equity, and structured products such as collateralized debt obligations and credit derivatives. Professionals in this field work across hedge funds, investment management firms, private
