Freshers' Day 2015

Another edition of ‘Freshers' Party’, the glitzy and glamorous welcoming party of KCM, took place on the 11th of September, 2015. Following on the legacy at KCM, the sophomore year students welcomed the freshmen batch of 2015-2019 with much fanfare and pomp.

The theme of the party was ‘Hippies’ which created a vivacious ambience with students dressed up like hipsters. The entire hall was decked up with colourful paper art to give a bohemian feel to the décor. Games like Gems Relay, Cotton Ball Transfer, BumCharade and Impress-the-seniors were played to break the ice. There was also some light teasing to initiate the newcomers and plenty of singing and dancing to entertain the freshmen.
 
No fresher’s party would be complete without the crowning of Mr. and Miss Fresher. After an intense round of competition, Ms. Simran Gorkhali was crowned Miss Fresher while Mr.Abhushan Shresthawas declared as Mr. Fresher. The freshmen folks, without a doubt, are a talented and vibrant lot. A night of free-spirited celebrations came to an end with a delicious dinner and a lively dance party.
